Canon CLI226 Gray Ink Cartridge
Ridiculously expensive. Why isn't it included in the six-pack rather than including color cartridges which I rarely need. The costs associated with the ink feeding of this printer are absurd. It was a mistake on my part to purchase this Canon printer.

Wasteful packaging for a basic item
I am choosing a different purveyor b/c Quill, like a few other companies, seems to think "fast" requires a 9x12 box for one (1) ink cartridge.

Great Service from Staples
I really hate buying these Canon ink cartridges that run out even with very very little use. The scanning function is disabled until a new ink cartridge is refilled. I wouldn't buy another Canon printer due to these predatory and fraudulent tactics but Staples delivery is always fast and service is great.
