Measurements are off with the new design
I have been purchasing these envelopes from Staples for a couple years with no problem until recently. The window measurements are oriented too low and the full address is not visible in the bottom window and the top window actually shows the amount of the check inside.

it would be easier to choose the correct envelope if the dimensions of the windows and their position on the envelope were provided in the item description please add this info

20137 Window Envelopes

Poor Quality
Envelopes kept jamming in our folding machine. Very thin and not great quality. 2 boxes out of 4 had envelopes that were stuck shut and had to be pried open. I believe they were exposed to moisture prior to shipping.

Rather have
I would much rather that you offered #10 double window envelopes peal and seal (I dislike reveal and seal they are too tedious).

I misordered
I ordered the wrong kind of envelope the fact that I dislike them because they won't fit my needs is my own fault.

Praise for salesperson
The envelopes were just what I wanted but the real delight was the young salesperson who spent at least a half hour on the computer finding the exact right ones. Her name is Eve and she is at Staples on East Franklin St. in Chapel Hill NC. She is a jewel! Also Eve ordered the envelopes one day and they were delivered to my doorstep the next day!
