Cutout Window Layout Changed
I’ve used these envelopes for years without any issues, but the recent batch has a completely different window size and placement. The new design doesn’t align at all. I really hope Staples reverts to the previous layout for customers who rely on the original design.

Description claimed lower window 3/4" from bottom and it was 3/8"

Envelopes Fine window placement off
Hoped to use these as a cost-effective swap for the Quality Park brand- fair warning the window placement is different from QP. The Staples envelopes actually do include the measurements and dimensions it's the QP listing that was lacking info to appropriately compare.

Measurements are off with the new design
I have been purchasing these envelopes from Staples for a couple years with no problem until recently. The window measurements are oriented too low and the full address is not visible in the bottom window and the top window actually shows the amount of the check inside.

Poor Quality
Envelopes kept jamming in our folding machine. Very thin and not great quality. 2 boxes out of 4 had envelopes that were stuck shut and had to be pried open. I believe they were exposed to moisture prior to shipping.

I would much rather that you offered #10 double window envelopes peal and seal (I dislike reveal and seal they are too tedious).

Praise for salesperson
The envelopes were just what I wanted but the real delight was the young salesperson who spent at least a half hour on the computer finding the exact right ones. Her name is Eve and she is at Staples on East Franklin St. in Chapel Hill NC. She is a jewel! Also Eve ordered the envelopes one day and they were delivered to my doorstep the next day!
