Thin paper
The paper has been changed. It is not heavy paper! It is very thin now and quite frankly not worth the price.

As expected
The paper refill is basically just as expected. I feel like it's a little expensive for what it is but so much stuff is.

Great customer service
10 seconds after I walked in someone asked if I needed help. Then he directed me to find the exact item. At checkout the price wasn’t coming up as the sale price and the clerk easily overrode it with what I said the sale was. So easy! Thank you!

Sorry but will be returning most items
The zip pocket folders are advertised as 8.50 X 11. That is true for the outside dimension but misleading for the buyer because an 8.50 X 11 sheet of paper will not fit in the pocket. Bummer! Levenger has a better to-do list. Will be using that one. Gave 2 stars because they are very well made of substantial material.
