False Advertisement
This product is advertised as a product that heats, cools, and vibrates. You have to manually heat and cool a pack which is contained in the product. There is no automatic setting. No support for the back
Didn't really help support back. Very hard and made my back hurt worst. Not a happy camper on this purchase.

Concept is good
but I did not like this item. Pillow was too thick and made it uncomfortable to sit on my chair as it pushed me forward to far.
Gel pack was not very full and it ripped after heating it for 10 seconds (may have been ripped before I tried to heat it), I don't think it would have held heat for very long because of how little gel was in the pack.
Returned for a refund.

Somewhat satisfied
The strap on the cushion is not sufficient to hold it as securely in place,without requiring adjustment. However, even without the heating cooling pack, it does provide great comfort for my back.

Great product
Pleased with purchase will recommend to co-workers and others who need this as support for working at home or in office. The ability to have either heat/cooling options was a plus for me.

I bought the item for my mother. After trying it out, she decided she didn’t like it, so she returned it to the store. On that basis, I probably would not recommend.

Lower Back/Buttock Support
This should be named the Heat and Soothe Lower Back & Buttock Support. I have positioned the back support multiple times and it continues to slide down the chair to my lower back and the top of my buttock. I have not had the pleasure of using the warmer yet, but I will today.

Comfortable. Makes stiff wooden chairs tolerable for more than a few hours. Good materials and workmanship.

The item I purchased had a CRC number of 80438 but it does not appear on your list. However, the straps are not long enough to go around the chair and the product is small.
