spots on paper
The remanufactured toner cartridge is leaving spots like water drops on the paper when making copies or printing. Cleaned the printer and this is still happening. It does not show when you scan. Unfortunately we will probably by the Brother next time.

Everything thing is working fine but just a week after replacing the toner drum the machine is asking to replace the drum again. This was my concern about ordering a refurbished drum. Hopefully it keeps working.

don't waste your money
bought this based on price compared to Brother equivalent. First and last time. Yield not as advertised or was defective. Either way have had no issues with Brother in the past and will use moving forward.

Toner seems to fit the bill
We purchased the Sustainable Earth by Staples Remanufactured Black Toner Cartridge to replace our Brother TN-650, high yield and it seems to "fit the bill" we will purchase again if it works as well as the high yield Brother cartridge. This would be a win/win if it does, as we will have saved money and we also will help the environment.

Bought this toner to save a few dollars for the company and of course to be ecologically correct, but it did not last more than 1 month. Usually my toner will last at least 4 months in our office, but this product, well died a very quick death. The old saying holds true "You get what you paid for". Lost money on this purchase
If I could give less than one star, I would. The toner is everywhere and the entire left margin of my docs is washed out.

Recycling program on these is terrible.
The toner does seem to work OK so far. But Staples ill-conceived "sustainable earth" recycling program requires that I go online, give all my information, and then tells me that I have to save up SIX cartridges before mailing them back. For us, that's about three years worth. Sorry, I'm not going to hang on to empty toner cartridges for three years.

You get what you pay for. Avoid it.
I wanted to keep my business supply costs low, so I tried these recycled toner cartridges from Staples. Better price, but much worse quality. I tried to make them work for a while, but finally gave up hope.
