Scotch sure start
I found this to be perfectly undesirable. It did not Adhere nicely at all to my box and envelope. And I have 2 more rolls of it, ugh. I used so much just to hopefully secure my packages. I would not purchase it again, nor recommend it.

Cheap quality
The quality of this tape has really declined. Thin, easy to break, would not consider it packing tape.

Did not get full refund.
This is great tape. We ended up not needing it this time and wanted to return it to the store. We were disappointed that the store was not able to view the purchase on my Staples account, and was not able to issue a full refund for the unopened product.

My Trip to the Stape
It's a bright clean facility, the folks in Greenfield store are about 99% of the time chatty but 100% knowledgeable.
Greenfield is a little sparse on selection and lots of missing items.
