Unable to use
I returned the labels because I could not find information to set up the labels template. I took them back and the printing people also did not find documentation.

Poor Design Layout, Not User Friendly
I didn't do my due diligence when purchasing this product. It only allows you to print in one font and only in one direction. It doesn't let you print like a normal ticket is printed (longways). It only allows for one style, size and font without being able to boldface it or italicize it. It is something I will not purchase again.

Oh boy
Loved the product. The instructions to get the template on the back of the product is incorrect and caused a virus in my computer. Happy to report, I was able to remedy the issue easily. Finally, found a template elsewhere that I could use and tickets came out great. Spend the extra money and get a name brand.

lack of awareness
Fortunately for me I wasn't charged the $27.00 for this ticket stock. This vendor has the highest prices in the area. If you aren't familiar with the product that you're searching at this vendor, don't expect the store personnel to know anything that could make your purchase easier. NOT user friendly
Template was hard to find and hard to use! Only one layout option, can't rotate for horizontal design and printing is very difficult (printing margins). Can't adjust numbering for more tickets.

Impossible to use
I followed the directions on the package to the software and then, no way to use it to design the tickets. Nothing worked. Nothing. In fact I am returning the product today.

Worked great
Used for school raffle. worked so well (used inkjet) that we won't be getting tickets printed in the future. These were listed in store at 14.99 a pack where I purchased. They are wider by about 1/2 inch than the Avery brand allowing more space.

Paper quality is pretty basic - perforations were inconsistent resulting in some rough edges. Probably should have spent the money for the Avery brand.
