NOPE!
Recieved this on May 7. Installed on the 12th. Now it shows empty on my computer and I can't print. Will have to order a new one....from somewhere else. Very disappointed.

Original Equipment Refills
Someone gave me knock-off new cartridges. I had a horrible experience. They were leaky and some the ink would not come out. I’ll stick with the original refills. I have not had a problem with the originals except the ink is beginning to last less and less.

Too expensive
Not fair that I have to buy a whole pack of cartridges when I only need one color. This is too costly.

Product depends on the right ink
I am a professional artist. I sell notecards as well as prints of my original artwork so I depend on the best printer and the best inks for my reproductions. I always use only Canon inks.

Too expensive
The fact that you even need a gray cartridge is beyond me. It really serves no purpose other than being another black ink well.

Works well
I just wish someone had told me how expensive Canon cartridges were. I am borrowing a Canon printer while mine is out of commission. The print quality is great but I can't wait to get my HP back.

I think it is a shame that I have to buy a full set of cartridges when I only needed one. Then to find out that this does not satisfy the problem and had to buy a large black cartridge.

So far so good.
Printer is working fine now that I have put a new cartridge in it. It was an old printer and had been sitting for some time and needed a fresh cartridge.
