Buy a floor model
Well we got the wheels locked into place.... And that is where it stopped. The arms are not lining up with their coopesponding holes for the screws.....and the directions are written wrong. I am actually trying to ship this chair back or take it to the nearest Staples and let try to but it together!

Works for me!
So far so good. Fits perfectly and looks good I don't feel like I have had it long enough to rate sustainability but will let you know if I run into any problems.

It does help me- I have a bad back and trying to roll on the carpet really hurt. It’s pretty easy to roll. The only thing I don’t like is that the indentation marks from the chair rolling.

Not good for laminate floors
This was so slippery within 1 day of use employee fell and another slipped every time. Material however was sturdy good for price.

Good so far
Came packed in a box not loose. Was clean and required only a quick wipe before using. Flattened quickly in the sun on a cool day. Very slick top and bottom; slides on the floor and my socked feet slide on top. Otherwise no complaints so far. We'll see how it holds up over time.

Nicely made
I have to replace this about every two years because the mat starts to break apart under the wheels of my chair. But that is to be expected.

Poor shipping
No box. Delivered tapped that came unravelled on porch and left adhesive on chair mat that won't come off easily with adhesive remover.
