VERY DISAPPOINTED
If you are looking for a mat that will have a stable surface over a deep pile carpet, I highly suggest that you look somewhere else because after much time studying the catalog Staples offers, this was the best I could identify and it is inadequate.

Super thick
Just what I was looking for. I have plush carpet and the other chair mats for "medium pile" were not cutting it. I would just sink down into the mat. This one is a perfect size, super thick and smooth rolling. And made in the USA, with fast shipping. Highly recommend.

Chair mat is an average mat. It indents very easy.. Not made for anybody over 200lbs. Recovery of indents is slow. Over time they will become permit. Price was good, but you get what you pay for. I'll re-review this item in 90 days.

I've had a hard flooring mat from Staples for years, then moved to an apartment with carpet. I got the medium pile mat first, realized that wasn't going to work, they picked it up for free, and brought the high pile mat on another trip. So far so good
Chair mat looks nice, it is not super-stiff meaning chair legs sink a bit in carpet but only as long as I sit on the chair. For the price is good so far. Time will tell how long is it going to last.

the right product shipped wrong
The floor mat is perfect, the correct thickness and function. It was, however, shipped without protection and arrived quite dirty. Of course I could clean it, but it was an arduous task as a lot of the dirt was on the pointed gripping side. Hey, you have a great product, just one final step is shipping.

The mats are exactly what I needed: thickness to hold my weight & carpet length without leaving an impression in the Matt. The size is perfect for the two locations I needed and the interaction with Staples was excellent. I highly recommend it.

Clearer than my prior one and a couple inches larger too. Great size. We'll see how long it lasts before it starts to crack on my thick carpeting. The chair does develop divots as I sit here (as did the old one) so we'll see how it holds up.

Great floor mat!
This mat arrived flat, not rolled up, so it was easy to lay on the floor without curling edges. It stays where it was layed and doesn't move even though there's a chair rolling on it continually. It's thick and has beveled edges. We love it.

Great mat for L-shaped desk and deeper carpet
This was delivered flat, without scratches & clean! Fits perfectly in my L-shaped work station. Doesn't move on the carpet or dent due to my chair. Heavy duty! Highly recommend.

Poor Quality
For high pile carpets, this mat should be made a lot stronger. Very weak plastic that create sink holes and chair wheels get stuck and hard to maneuver around.

Too flimsy for high-pile carpet
This mat is rated for high-pile carpet but it's really too flimsy for that. My chair creates divots in the mat that make it hard to move the chair after it's been in one place for a bit. I really wanted a mat that was more rigid to give me a solid surface. This mat isn't it.

A very fine mat that I shall use for a long time.
It does the job perfectly on the deep pile carpet in my apartment. No more worries about my chair casters tearing up carpet! Good quality plastic, no odor, it relaxed out flat very quickly after installation. Only one thing: I think they need to change out their cutting blade at the factory.
