Perfect
Came in next day not 4 days later, I ordered this for my dad. 98 yrs old. I live out of town, I suggested take in calculator just to make sure it is right. The person installed it for him. Thank you so much

ink roller
Red ink foam fell apart and landed all over my floor. I called the company and they are sending me new rollers, hope they are better. My calculator wont work on black ink only, I need the red also.

Good product - Ridiculous price
My product was for a Staples calculator. Works great, but $10 for a product 1/4 in diameter and half an inch long? Price would have been acceptable for two units instead of one

Not black/red ink oad
Itās ok but would have preferred 2 color instead of all black.
However your staff was exceptional. Making much effort to get the product for me. He was great and a wonderful P R for the Mt Pleasant Staples store.

Just what I needed!
Staff was not helpful in the beginning -- too busy talking among themselves. I finally MADE someone special order it for me. Then they would not even check to see if it was the right part when it arrived. Took it home and luckily it was.
