Very upset doesn't work w deskjet 3050 j610a
a bought this cartridges one on color and the other on black, placed on the printer and a printer msg appear saying that both cartridges are incompatible... so, can somebody tell me what number are the originals, cuase a took the info from this site recomended that HP61was the elegible for my printer

The color cartridge must have been defective
The color cartridge must have been defective because it ran out of ink after 2 days of use while the black ink still showed almost full.

Counterfeit cartridge advisory
The cartridges I purchased when installed and after used for a few copies I could not print . A message popped up saying Counterfeit Cartridge Advisory. HP 61 Black If these cartridges are newly installed and were sold to you as new ,original HP cartridges contact the store where they were purchased. I tried to find how to contact HP by phone or email but was not succes...
