The sign came with two sided adhesive tape but it must be very old because the paper will not come off of the tape. I had to buy more two sided tape to be able to install the sign

Adhesive Issue
Almost impossible to use adhesive. Very difficult to remove tab and get to sticky part. Got one open but second one was ruined trying to remove tab. Now is crooked on door.
