Black ink cartridge
The cartridge worked great after picking it up. Took the old one out and replaced it with the new cartridge and it’s working wonderfully.

Never got it.
I ordered 3 ink refills: one cyan one yellow and one magenta. Surprise! I never received any of the cartridges and I explained this already and have been credited with the charges. I went to a Staples store and purchased the three cartridges I needed. WATCO does not need to deliver for Staples. Never earned even one star but my review would not send without doing it.

Expensive Ink
I was buying this at Staples due to the rebate for empty cartridges. I found out the rebate is 1c per cartridge. Will not buy at Staples again. EXPENSIVE!!!!!

Ink for computer
I have an older computer and with Staples I can still get my ink cartridges for it. I am so pleased with the quick service I get with my orders. Thank you. I do recommend Staples.
