They changed the product
The original product 13376-CC was a nice well made leather like material and looked professional. When you order the original 13376-CC they send you 13376, a cheaper paper product. It still functions but does not look as professional. I spent over an hour on the phone with customer service and they assured me they would send me the correct 13376-CC version. I was still ...

I thought they were plastic and didn't want cardbord, but could not find the plastic ones.
I thought the files were plastic and the cardboard would not last that long. was going to bring them back but they were shipped to CO. I could not find the plastic ones that had the pockets.
