This is HP printer toner. It’s the 2nd time it’s started leaving spots on my paper and a shadow on the printed page. I’ve only ever used HP toner. Why is this happening. It’s not cheap toner

We order this HP Toner cartridge from Staples. It is a manufactuer cartridge and works flawlessly. In the past we have used some refilled cartridges, but have had problems with how they preform.
