This is HP printer toner. It’s the 2nd time it’s started leaving spots on my paper and a shadow on the printed page. I’ve only ever used HP toner. Why is this happening. It’s not cheap toner

I prefer the NEW HP toner cartridges as opposed to the re-furbished ones. They last longer and are worth the extra cost.
