They changed the product
The original product 13376-CC was a nice well made leather like material and looked professional. When you order the original 13376-CC they send you 13376, a cheaper paper product. It still functions but does not look as professional. I spent over an hour on the phone with customer service and they assured me they would send me the correct 13376-CC version. I was still ...

Good way to give clients reports and backup documents. Don't know why the Red ones cost so much less than the Blue.

Customer service
Customer service has pretty much become non existent in the retail space. My last two visits to Staples I’ve had associates approach me, ask if I need help or simply interact, make eye contact with me. That kind of service is what will make me choose one store over another.

Pocket folders
Bought 2 packs of plain red pocket folders without brads. Opened them later for immediate use I found they all had black marks doen the fronts as well as inside them! Some could be covered with my business card insert & a sticker I used on the front, but not all could be covered. Very disappointing with no chance to return them.

Average Folders
These are average folders like you'd use in high school. I was hoping they'd be high glossy, thick folders, but instead they are matt, cheaper quality.
