Never arrived!!!!
Hi This and my printer ink were supposed to arrive last week on the 25th and today on the 30th I have heard nothing! Please locate my order. The tracking number does not even show that it has shipped yet.

Colorblind
I ordered 'Dark Blue' but the folders look more like 'charcoal.' They'll work for the intended purpose but are not what I expected.

The folders which were delivered had scuff marks and were full of dust and dents and were not in a fit state to be used for our presentation documents.

Great Service
I needed to order folders for a conference. They were extremely helpful in the Alliance Ohio store. I ordered the folders signed up for the app and completed the application for our nonprofit organization to get tax exemption. In-store customer service was terrific!

The folders are not Dark Blue
The folders were more a light blue/purple/grayish color.

Brick Red Folders
Excellent folders but we were hoping for a fire-engine red rather than a brick red. They work and are a great quality but we will need to find a different color to fit with our school colors.

They were dark gray not dark blue
We ordered dark blue folders from Staples like we had before but they came in dark gray which doesn't help with our professional continuity.

2-Pocket Laminated Folders
On the front side of the folder the color has some streaks. For a professional look I was hoping there was no product branding on the folder but there is Staples embossed on the back of the folder. The cutout for the business card is too large and some of the business card information becomes hidden in the slots.
