Wrong paper
The dispenser seems okay but the "chat" agent gave the wrong information on the proper paper towels so we can't yet see how it operates. The specifications for the unit should list what paper towels to use.

paper towel dispenser - EASY and EFFICIENT
I own some commercial properties and found this paper towel dispenser served my needs better than any of the automatic units I had tried in the past. Less frustrating and easier to use. Less electronics that sometimes breaks down and in my opinion more effective. Also I can place anywhere as it does not need electricity since it is all manual. Faster to use than m...
