Good product; less than ideal service
I came in to replace a LaserJet toner cartridge that I had purchased at Staples. I brought the box and used up cartridge for recycling and to easily identify what I needed. The clerk took the old box and returned with a cartridge that would not fit in my computer. I had to return later that day to return it and get the proper one. No apology was offered but I did e...

Too Expensive
This is toner I need for my HP printer and the price is making it very hard to afford to print. It seems like there is no end to these price increases which is very frustrating to say the least. Otherwise the toner works fine with my printer.

HP Cartridges always work
The HP brand cartridges always work well in our HP printers. Off brands of toner cartridges can be hit or miss by HP brand always works well.

Hi A mobile notary must complete a lot of printing. Running out of toner is a nuisance. You can save on toner by using print preview limiting designs not printing photos and using thinner paper.
