Cheaper 564XL
The new version of the 564XL is lower cost, but has lower capacity. I strongly dislike less capacity and wish the old cartridge was still available. Too bad the name was not changed from 564XL to 564ML. This is a good example of less is less.

Don't order from HP
Ink is ink. The ink is fine. Ordering from HP is a BIG mistake. Delivery took forever and ultimately came through USPS which is a huge mistake. The enevelopes the ink was in were damaged and the ink packages crushed and opened.

Item purchased was not correct. I needed the 564 XL black cartridge which was smaller in size. It use to come in package of four with the color cartridges. The manager said what he ordered was the only one offered by Staples. Very disappointing.

Dissatisfied that the item was not in stock in the store, and I had to order it online and wait for it to be delivered. Also, unhappy that the store in the Northwoods shopping center closed. It seemed to be much better managed and always had itmes in stock.
