Clothes softer and amazing smell!
I absolutely love Downy April fresh! I’ve been using it for many years now, and it has always been part of my laundry routine. It makes my clothes, sheets and towels really soft, and the scent lasts for such a long time. It’s definely worth the money!!

We're really sorry to hear you had this experience with our Downy April Fresh Liquid Fabric Softener. We understand it must upsetting that the liquid you got has this consistency you describe.
When storing the product it can become thick or lumpy when exposed to extreme temperatures (either hot or cold). So, our best suggestion for storing the product is to store it at room temperature – in a cool, dry place and use it within one year. Also, if it was frozen, it will appear much thicker (gel-like) and won't return to normal consistency on its own.

Easy to use, nice scent, does a good job
Its very easy to use, can't go wrong. It has a nice, gentle scent that is comforting. It softens blankets and other soft items nicely, conditions items well.

Smells amazing

Loving this
I use this product and my daughter’s closet come out soft and smooth they also smell nice. The light blue bottle is very easy to use and it has a measuring cap to know how much product you’re using. The pice is very good as well

Best scent out there!
Hands down the best fabric softener out there! I can’t get enough of this scent . It leaves my clothes feeling so fresh , soft and clean. It’s the best laundry scent period. I especially love using it on my bedding! You can’t beat the price you get a lot in the easy to pour plastic container . I really wish they’d bring back the intense version!

Smell fantastic all day long
I am a Downy girl!! There's nothing better than smelling great all day and having people tell you how good you smell! My blankets, sheets, towels, and quilts smell absolutely fabulous. The cost is minimal for the freshness and you can use as much or as little as you like. I do not use anything else

Great smelling softener.
I love this smell. After each use your clothes will be softer and smell so good. It’s inexpensive and can be bought online and in stores. It’s also so easy to use with each load of clothes.
