Worked great!
I used these blank forms to print W2s using Quickbook Pro for 2 businesses. In the past I’ve used the preprinted W2 packs. Printing on these blank forms was so much simpler and MUCH cheaper. I highly recommend!

poor quality
I should've read earlier reviews. These forms are poor quality! Some sheets didn't have a perforation at all, neither do the sides have ANY perforation, which makes them NOT FIT into standard envelopes.

It's Ok
I had to make due with what was sent I had already printed W-2 3Up forms and only needed the envelopes and when they arrived the envelopes were too small so I had to copy the forms on to the ones in this pack and remove the side, then they fit in the envelopes.

Wroks great with Quickbooks Pro
Got these to save the hassle of having to tear up a bunch of pre-printed forms every year. Print one sheet per employee. What could be easier??? Works perfectly with Quickbooks Pro. The description is wrong - no W3 form is included, but I didn't need it anyway.

These forms worked just fine for me. I use Quickbooks Online Enhanced Payroll, and a color laser jet printer.

Not what is said.
The product description said it came with a W3 and a 1096 neither form was in the package this totally messed me up. These things have deadlines with the government. Staples did refund my order and I ordered again. Hopefully this time it is what the description says.

terrible terrible
the w2 forms don't fit in the envelope that i ordered from them. Then the back of the w2 forms don't have the tax info for the employee...such a waste of time and money

Great for small business
These forms really work out for me because I am a small business and they are unprinted. With my QuickBooks I can use these this year and next year because the date isn't printed on them. I send out about 40-45 W-2's in January and just save the leftovers for next year. I have them on hand if (and when, face it) someone needs another one because the didn't get theirs in...

I ordered these forms because I have a small business with not too many employees. the main reason is because I have quick books and they will print out the outlines for me. In the description of this product it says that there will be a w3 included in the product. however when I received the product there was only just w2s. Cannot use with Quickbooks
These forms cannot be used to print Vendor 1099's from Quickbooks 2012. You can print W2's, however when you use the envelopes recommended, the employee's year-to-date income shows right through the window as well as their name and address. I am sending the forms and the envelopes back.
