Above and beyond
Staples online saved the day. I was searching for a toner cartridge for an outdated printer. After hours of driving and searching online I found what look right on Staples Online. The cartridge was exactly as described. Staples to the rescue. To boot the cartridge arrived a day earlier than promised. I know where to start the next time I need a scarce office supply.

Don't believe what they say about yield
The color cartridges claim to yield up to 1 000 pages. I haven't printed 1 000 pages since I've had the printer and have had to change the cartridges 3 times since I purchased it. They need to come down on the price or fill the cartridges to yield what they claim. I regret buying this printer for this fact. The reason I went with the Samsung is because of the ink claim...

The printing is light black which it should be darker

A Little Late
The cartridge is fine. That it came from Calgary made it late in thew day/ But I can live with it. Why don't we have a suply in Vancouver. Is it becausde my prionter is still chugging along after SEVENyears?
