Arrived quickly
Cartridge arrived quickly and works fine. Too early to know how long it will last, but no reason to doubt anything about it.

Don't believe what they say about yield
The color cartridges claim to yield up to 1,000 pages. I haven't printed 1,000 pages since I've had the printer, and have had to change the cartridges 3 times since I purchased it. They need to come down on the price or fill the cartridges to yield what they claim. I regret buying this printer for this fact. The reason I went with the Samsung is because of the ink claim...

A Little Late
The cartridge is fine. That it came from Calgary made it late in thew day/ But I can live with it. Why don't we have a suply in Vancouver. Is it becausde my prionter is still chugging along after SEVENyears?

Excellent toner
This toner has worked very well for me ever since I got my printer three years ago, and the one I just bought works fine. It's easy to install. And Samsung has dropped its price so that laser printing for me turns out to be cheaper than ink jet.

I am kind of upset that I never get the promised credits for doing the reviews, not surprised about the company; stopped buying products with rebate because most of the time for some reason or another I would not get it. I just don't understand Staples.

Great product worth the value.
This product works great and gives vibrant output of color. Somewhat expensive and depending on the useage may need to be replaced fairly frequently. Great for pictures, graphs, and charts though.
