Good for men
These gloves are GREAT for my operations team members that are men. However, way too big for the women on the team. Smaller sizes would be great. The solid white cotton that come in small don't have the grippers on them and don't work as well.

Good for easy-medium work
These gloves were requested by an employee who needed to handle bundles of boxes and did not want to cut her hands.
