Broke immediately
Worked great for about a month. Then it collapsed into itself and never worked after that.

Can't put ANY weight on it
I got one of these by mistake through work (they ordered the wrong one) and I set it up. Seemed good but if you put ANY weight on it (push against it, see if it will tilt a bit) the little rubber rings that hold the arm to the platform pop out and you're stuck with it at a low position, but then it finally tilts, I guess. Repose-pieds
Pour le prix, j’aurais pensé qu’il y aurait eu un système de base pneumatique pour monter et descendre le repose-pied (une pression du pied pour déclencher le relèvement).. Enfin, je m’en sert tous les jours tout de même!! J’aime bien qu’il bascule .

Fail
Even before it broke it was always collapsing. I guess it was designed only to support the weight of feet and no one thought about the feet being attached to the most powerful muscles in the human body. Any uneven pressure when pushing away from your desk and the hinge would pop out like a geriatrics knee sending the little rubber discs flying of across the room. Shame ...

Nice replacement
I wish it were easier to adjust the height (without having to bend down under my desk) but overall this replacement foot rest is just what I needed. I sat just like the photo hunched over with my legs twisted under me so I could keep my feet on the wheel base. Very uncomfortable and made my feet swell. Just one day with this fixed that issue. Poor quality
After only one day using it, it kind of fall apart! So I have to put back pieces together and again after few hours using it falls apart. I am not a huge guy, just 85kg

Love it
Perfect height. I love that the foot rest rocks so I can either be flat footed against it or cross my ankles and rest it upon the foot rest. Either way it takes the bend away from my knees to ease my lower back and reduce ankle swelling. Buying another for someone else I my office!!
