Terrible quality business cards
I’ve ordered the business cards with the exact same files from somewhere else and thought Staples would be a good place to get some quick ones without the shipping. I’ve printed other things there that have looked good. The business cards looked terrible the image was not centered on the back and was too big and the overall color was grainy. Customer service how do you spell that?
I had 2 blue print orders 18 and 4 pages. When I went to pick them up I got the typical New London attitude he couldn't find the orders said they never came in. I got out my phone and showed the dude the confirmation emails oh he said. He handed me the 4 page order they weren't my drawings. The second 18 page orderwasn't in color. Thalia was amazing
She efficiently completed my print order and even provided matching paper. The estimated completion time was one hour but it was ready in just 20 minutes. I plan to return for additional simple print jobs. I look forward to working with you again for my business card needs.

Great Service
The print staff were away great help in solving my print problem. They reprinted poor prints at no charge and gave me a discounted price since I had to come in twice. Would highly recommend them!

Great first-time experience
I normally print on small sheets of paper and tape them together to make a larger pattern. I decided to try the 24x36 print size at Staples and was quite pleased. For less than $5 I got a ready to use pattern saving me more time prepping the job. I had thoughts of buying my own large format printer but I would need to generate more than 500 sheets a year to make it wort...

Earlier than expected

Good print but...
My print came out great and I’m happy with how easy it is to upload my image and have it printed so quickly. I wanted a drawing printed large but not on poster paper on regular thin paper. Unfortunately when I went to pick it up I was REPEATEDLY scolded by the woman at the counter who told me it was not OK to have non-blueprints printed out at that size. Look Staples ...
