False advertising
The chair is DOES NOT have a High Back. I’m a short guy and this chair barley comes up to my shoulders when I sit down. Plus poor quality arm rests

Poor Quality
I would definitely NOT recommend this chair if you are planning to keep it longer than a year or so. The material started to peel away from the chair (the fake leather fabric) and the flakes would get on your clothing if you sat on it. It's not worth the money! I rarely give negative reviews, but this chair has earned it.

Garbage quality. I bought one and it gave me back pain.
This chair is garbage. The back has almost no padding. It's just the fake leather over plywood. Stay Away.

Easy to put together, and reasonably comfortable.
Pretty easy to put together, even for one person who’s not mechanically inclined. The wheels really do pop right in if you push hard enough.

This is not meant for a busy office. The material that covers the arms is very thin and weak. The second day in there was a tear top of the arm just from rubbing the desk.

Worth the sale atleast
I’ve had this for several years now thing is still going strong nothings fallen apart surely not as comfortable since I use it daily (work from home). No rips tears or any damage. I’ve moved a few times with it and it’s still looking good and everything is in tip top shpe

Okay but pneumatic cylinder gave out
Had this chair for 4 years and it was great (heavy but great) but then the pneumatic cylinder gave out. It would hold me up for a few hours then sink right back down. We had a good run but sad to have to let it go!

No back and neck support
I will return it. While it looks like a solid chair and was easy to put together, it's not good for my back. I have lower back pain after sitting 2 hours in it. The neck is also pushed forward and creates a bad posture overall.

Nice chair. Easy to assemble. We left the arms off so it would fit under the table snugly. Not small and not big! just right and for a reasonable price.
