Great “HAUNTED” Magnifier
This does a great job lighting up what you want magnified. But mine is haunted by the ghosts of dead batteries past. This thing turns itself on inside the drawer all the time, resulting in a dead battery. Switch works fine with a good solid click on and off. But I can also turn it on by just my waving my hand over it or sometimes near it. So has to be something in the ...

I am slowly losing my sight and have purchased a few of these magnifiers to keephandy in a variety of locations. They are the best that I have found for my purposes - I.e, - reading menus in restaurants. There are two challenges with them however.
