Poor Quality
Only this 2 week and the door broke, and the keypad is terrible. Requires very hard pressure to press numbers, would be hard for someone with arthritis.

Poor design
You have to hit the stop button before you can open the door, this is very inconvenient and caused the microwave to break quickly because this is an abnormal function and someone didn't realize they needed to select a button before opening and they broke the door. This is a very poor and strange design.

Avanti 0.7 Cubic Foot Countertop Microwave, 700W (MO7103SST) SOLID CHOICE
Takes up minimal space, gets the job done. I like the door having an actual handle rather than having to push a button for the door to pop open. I appreciate there being a pause button so I don't have to start over. The Express One Touch buttons come in handy as well.

Press HARD
This microwave was bought for a small office. It'll be used 4-5 times a day, so hopefully it can keep up with that and outlive its predecessor.
