Defective memory chip out of the box
Toner cartridge wasn't recognized by my printer ("supply memory error"). The chip looks to have been scratched before being sloppily glued on backwards.

Print quality is what essential in my line of work. Grade A quality is what I received with this re-manufactured cartridge and for a fraction of the cost. Thank you Staples for your recommendation as well as dedication by extending Grade A service.

Expoded in our printer
We have on several occasions experienced problems with the Staples toner cartridge explodes inside of the printer. We have not had this issue with HP cartridges I have several in stock now and I will be requesting a return of these items
