Not the best
1st shipment: all 3 cartridges had leaked into plastic covering. Replacement shipment: cartridges intact but don't feed into printer to produce dark print. Have used remanufactured cartridges from other suppliers previously. Would not reorder from Staples again.

You get what you pay for?
Does not sit adequately (flush) in cartridge holder. Is only good for a few pages then fades

Inferior Product
This cartridge was missing the print head which took me a while to figure out. It wouldn't work and I couldn't figure out why. I kept taking it out and putting it back into the printer before I finally realized it was missing the print head. Other colors of this line are also not reliable. Do not last as long and once-in-a-while they trigger the printer that a cartridge...
