PACKING SLIP WITH ADHESIVE BACK
ADHESIVE WORKS WELL, I WISH THE SIZE WAS AN INCH WIDER TO EASLY FIT A STANDARD 8x11 FOLDED SHEET, BUT THE NEXT LARGEST SIZE IS TRIPLE THE PRICE
