Neutral rating as subjective. Not taking measure but this bag is somewhat flimsy than current stock from other distributor of same 2 mil. Width is 10.5" while I need a tight fit of 10". Finally it is side cut not same as top/bottom cut as I used to and preferred. I will be more specific on specs next time. In general, the bag does the job. Can't find country of ori...
