Workhorse - You Will Not Be Disappointed!
I purchased the Fellowes 84CI in January 2019. The shredder is powerful and reliable. Jams which are caused by me feeding more sheets than recommended are easily cleared by pressing the reverse button. Periodically oiling the unit with Fellowes shredder oil or canola oil will keep your unit operating flawlessly. I highly recommend. You will not be disappointed!

Not what it seems
I bought this shredder to replace a store-brand shredder of comparable size that was damaged in a house fire. The biggest issue has been that the bin fills up super fast and the shred frequently either has to be pushed down or emptied. The old shredder would run for long periods without requiring either. Wheels fall off
Returning this shredder. It's a decent size and a good price however the wheels won't lock in and fall off.

Bin too small run time after too long
The bin to hold the shredded paper was way too small. A lot of static with the machine and the run time after the shred continued too long.

Great shredder!
We've been using the shredder for a couple weeks now and are very satisfied. It's fairly quiet easy to use and the waste basket is easy to empty.

Fellows Powershred Paper Shredder
This item is great!! It works very well....it is quiet does not jam has a decent size bin. I love that it has rollers so you can move it anywhere you need it. I work at a school and I would recommend this shredder for anyone who wants an efficient quiet and easy to use paper shredder!

A Great Shredder
This is the first time buying a commercial grade shredder. It is definitely worth the money I paid since it can handle 16 sheets of paper at a time. I especially like the anti-jam feature.

So far so good. We've been using it for about a week and so far we have been pleased. It takes a bit to get used to the safety feature so keep your hands off of the silver surrounding the entry point of the paper or you will think the shredder doesn't work. I am very pleased especially with the jam proof feature. Like quiet feature smooth functioning. If it doesn't jam or quit working in 2-3 months I'll be extremely pleased.
