Lightweight with lots of great features
I love this tape gun. It's lightweight - about 12 oz adjustable tension and most importantly the blade is screwed in. For the price this is by far the best tape gun I've found. Our Staples account rep went the extra mile to help us find the right tape gun and I'm very impressed with their service.

Poor design
Although reasonably priced this tape dispenser is poor design. The tape does not run smoothly along the guider the guider is so close to the roller that the tape sticks to the guider and won't roll properly. I ended up wasting so much tape trying to get the tape roll in place and the tape coming out in the proper direction without sticking to the guider. (I call the s...

It's just "Eh"
It's lighter than the industrial versions but only does an almost decent job at it's single function. The issue I have is with the pressure lever. With just moderate pressure it releases and the roll spins freely making it difficult to get a nice tight seal. I find myself cutting the tape and then resealing it manually.
