Not the size it says it is!

A bit bigger than advertised. Accurate usable space is 6 6/8" x 9 ΒΌ". And the envelope itselfs including non usable space (sealed edges) measures: 7 5/8" x 10". Other than that this is perfect for what I need, good quality and fast shipping :) Thank you!
