Broke before even got to use it!
Went to use this mop and the piece that holds the head in place is broke. There is no ringing action and therefore it is useless. Very disappointed.

Worst Mop Ever!
This mop is not user friendly at all! The main part about buying a twist mop is that you only have to twist the handle to get the dirty water off. You physically have to pull the mop down with your hands to use it then you have to push it back in with your hands while touching dirty water just to use the "twist" action.

this was the second one they send me and again it didn't come with the magic eraser plus the handle was dirty.

Easy to use
I purchased this mop for the office; it's easy to use and cleans our hardwood and title floors really good. I'm purchasing one for home.

Mr. Clean and his not-so magic eraser
If your looking for a little better then average mop this will do nicely. The wringer clicks into place for more tension. Took a minute to understand how to work the clip function. The magic eraser unfortunately didn't to much but get wet. I had a difficult gluey substance to clean and this did a little but couldn't get it all off.
