Quality is best using the Samsung toner instead of a “compatible” toner.

Great quality but expensive
The Samsung printer/copier/fax is wonderful but the replacement cartridges are expensive and you have 5 to replace. Also, you must order online now and some coupons cannot be applied to online purchases.

Toner for my printer.
I appreciate being able to get tone for my printer. I ordered it at StapleI and
within just a few days it was delivered to my place of business. I got it installed
quickly.
The internet said I had to order a waste tank for the reserve toner. I was able to
find the waste tank on the printer and able to empty it. Put it back in place and
up and running again.

Samsung Toner
Box received had been taped shut. Wonder if it was a prior return and/or refurbished. This product was defective. Toner overfilled and spewed onto paper causing pink saturation. We have sent it back and reordered.

Toner Replacement
I ordered a set of toners from Staples as it were, after replacing the old empty toners with the new toners I just bought, it turned out one of the toners that I just bought has an issue. As usual I called Staples customer services, and to my amazement just after few questions a brand new toner was on it way the next day. That was something beyond my expectation.
