Easy to install.
The imaging unit came quickly and was easy to install. The reality though is the price of the unit combined with the price of the two cartridges that were needed that same week were nearly the same as a brand new printer which in the end would have been the better investment for our business.

Samsung CLT-R406
The part was very easy to install without any tools. Be aware installation is a bit messy so make sure to lay down some what did they call those things oh yeah newspaper. The printer worked perfectly after installation and no worries about using non-samsung parts.

Very happy with hard to find item purchase.
As Samsung no longer makes the printer model I have I was concerned about being able to find an imaging unit for it. The fuse was bad
Once received and put in the error that was displaying referred to a bad fuse in the imageing unit. BRAND NEW!

Cartridge Solved Printer Issues
The new imaging unit cartridge solved my printing problem. No more flashing red light. The printer now works perfectly once again.

EASY FIX TO KEEP MY SAMSUNG XPRESSCOLOR GOING
COULDN'T FIND THIS AT OTHER OFFICE SUPPLY STORES. EASY TO SWAP THE OLD ONE OUT WITH ON-LINE INSTRUCTIONS. WORKING GREAT AGAIN.

These printers should have it stated on the box that you will need to purchase a new imaging unit cartridge. Instead the printer just stops working.
