Haven't received either first or reorder. Your policy of not sending to POBoxes is eliminating all of us rural folks from receiving much needed items. Your robots can't be reasoned with when explaining that only Fed x or UPS will deliver.

Having to reset cartridge
printer has to been reset constantly to read ink volume. The low ink warning or cartridge not set warning started immediately after installation. Had no problems with other cartridges.

Out of stock products
I’m not sure. It was the wrong item. I need the 203 and returned them to the store. What concerned me most was the lack of ink stock for either the 103 or 203. I’m gonna have to go to another Staples to get the product or order on line. It doesn’t make me feel good about Staples in Beverly Plaza.

Brother LC101 3 Pak and also black.
Brother is the only brand I use together with my Brother printer.

Great ink cartridge
I bought this black ink cartridge for my Brother printer MFC-J475DW. It works great. It's definitely good quality and works as well as my original Brother ink cartridges. Also Staples had it delivered very quickly. I highly recommend.

Why would I buy ink anywhere else?
I buy all of my Brother printer ink from Staples because they ship it to me for free with no minimum and give me rewards for recycling my empty cartridges with them. It's a no-brainer. Thanks Staples for making something in my life easy.

Oh BROTHER!!
The most simple inexpensive printer. The printer cartridges last a longer than time the pop-up indicates you need to load a new cartridge. Easy to install. NO messy ink on your hands clothing or printed pages. ALWAYS USE GENUINE BROTHER INK CARTIDGES.

Print Cartridges
The good thing was that I get to return my empty cartridges after use. The thing I don't like is that the color Brothers cartridges no longer are sold separately it use to be that you could purchase each color individually as needed. Now you have to purchase all the color cartridges in one pack instead of just the one you need to replace.
