Excellent service
I have been getting these same ink cartridges from Staples for many years. First in Parkville and now in Johnson County. Delivery is always perfect--on time and a quality product. I will continue to buy from Staples as long as the printer works.

cartridge was not working in machine full n new
this was dry and machine didnt read when put into machine tho its full and brand new

Satisfactory performance. Resent cost of keeping enough ink to work.
Work well but are expensive and need replacement too often. There should be a away to refill the cartridges with ink for a fraction of the cost. Left with the feeling a design objective is to get as much money from consumers as possible. Probably beyond reasonable limits. I know I am not alone in this opinion.

Un très bon produit

Out of stock products
I’m not sure. It was the wrong item. I need the 203 and returned them to the store. What concerned me most was the lack of ink stock for either the 103 or 203. I’m gonna have to go to another Staples to get the product or order on line. It doesn’t make me feel good about Staples in Beverly Plaza.

Haven't received either first or reorder. Your policy of not sending to POBoxes is eliminating all of us rural folks from receiving much needed items. Your robots can't be reasoned with when explaining that only Fed x or UPS will deliver.

Great ink cartridge
I bought this black ink cartridge for my Brother printer MFC-J475DW. It works great. It's definitely good quality and works as well as my original Brother ink cartridges. Also Staples had it delivered very quickly. I highly recommend.
