Dried out
Ink cartridge cap was dried out. I had to "clean the head" multiple times before any ink would come out.

This ink didn't work!
Previously Brothers ink came with a little plastic device to open the ink. Now there is no way to open the cartridge. The printer doesn't sense that the full ink cartridge has been inserted. I don't understand what to do to make it work.

Cartridges didn’t have plastic piece that seals air out and the printer doesn’t recognize the cartridges.
