Misleading picture / Inserts don't fit
The title pretty much explains it all. The image shows 6 tabs but the product received only has 5. I know the item title says 5-Tab but it's still misleading/confusing when the description and image don't match. Also, the inserts that are included don't fit the tabs - they're too narrow and too long. Not the end of the world obviously but incredibly annoying especially ...
