Too expensive!
This toner cost 4 times more expensive than an internet company. So we ordered online and returned this one. Anyone doing a business that needs to do printing cannot afford this!

High-Quality Toner Cartridges
Genuine HP cartridges work very well for me - I always get considerably more pages than they promise and the print quality is excellent. I've tried off-brands that are cheaper but they could come close enough to the HP cartridges in terms how long they last to be considered a bargain.

Magenta ink
I've purchased generic brands of ink for my HP printer but got streaks and smudges. It wasn't until I purchased HP ink which is more expensive that I realized what the problem was. The HP ink never streaks or smudges. I've only been purchasing it since the first time I tried it. It makes a huge difference.

it was delivered to my front door on the scheduled day. the only thing I might mention is to ring thedoorbell so people know when something arrives.

I have tried to send in this survey on three other occasions to send this survey. I have also called about this survey not being able to be submitted.
