Dont' use doordash to deliver the item. they delivered to wrong address in a row two times.
Delivery is terrible.

replacement cartridge not compatible as stated
it seemed like a great product and drop down list had my printer; however once received it clicked but was too large for me to be able to close the little door on it kept popping off ad would not print bc of error. sigh. Back it goes.

Never again Staples!
Staples stores don't sell these anymore because they get way too many returns. They're junk. My HP printer recognized it for 4 seconds then jammed up. The area it printed was pixilated. Would not work!
This did not work. Printer would not align when installed and would not print at all. Guess you get what you pay for. Only genuine HP ink for me from now on.

Often good sometimes BAD
Have used the "Tru Red" remanufactured units with success. However lately one black cartridge did NOTHING! Replaced with genuine HP and black worked fine. Tried a second time: NO PRINT.

Great Price for 10 Reams of Paper
I can't believe what print paper costs these days but with that being said paying $40 for 10 reams of paper was a good deal considering the lowest rate for 1 ream is now about $8.

messes the printer up
These do not work with the printer and cause the printing to come out either not complete or messing up the letters when printing- put an HP ink in and it goes back to normal

Prints well - might also be incompatible
The cartridge started off by printing well after several pages my printer had an error message saying incompatible cartridge. Called customer service and they sent a new one so far so good.
