TRU RED BLACK REPLACEMENT
My HP printer kept printing an alignment and notifying my that the Cartridge was not original HP.. I could not print, I had to purchase original HP Cartridges.

messes the printer up
These do not work with the printer and cause the printing to come out either not complete or messing up the letters when printing- put an HP ink in and it goes back to normal

Stick to the real thing
Sadly, I have had problems with both black and color cartridges; they work for a while and then stop. Staples has replaced them each time however they still don't work like the HP originals. In the future I'll pay a little more and get the higher quality.

Great value, very quick delivery!
I thought I would try the Staples Remanufactured cartridge and take advantage of the healthy discount over hp ink. The delivery was free and next day and my hp printer even recognized it as a hp remanufactured cartridge. No problems, and I'm very happy! Great experience!

Tru Red Cartridge
I bought a TRU RED INK cartridge as a back up. I thought that because Staples sold it on their web site it would work. After three weeks in my printer the ink was coming out smeared with some of the letters missing. It was totally unreadable. This is junk. I went up to Staples anbought a new onethe new HP INK CARTRIDGE which was more expensive but it worked.

Staples Remanuf black ink
The ink arrived a month and 1 week late. i had to call customer service for nondelivery issues. The customer service rep had to reship the item. I then received the ink a few days later at my doorstep. The ink works fine and saved a lot of money. The factory HP ink cost is significant.

Pleasantly surprised.
I have purchased non-original HP cartridges in the past because it was cheaper and when I installed it in my HP printer, it wouldn't accept them because it was not HP. This cartridge was accepted by my printer with the message "Previously used". So I guess it is a re-used HP cartridge. Now I am waiting to see how long it lasts. It is supposed to be an "XL" cartridge...
