Perfect pictures
I rate Epson Ink far above other printers because the ink mixture is true and bright . The copy quality shows a perfect copy that can satisfy the patron. And the artist.
I would and have recommended this ink
The negative is that the printer will not work if one color runs out and must be replaced if the new cartridge is not at hand printing stops.

I am not really happy with my purchase of the Epson printer from Staples about 1 year ago. The print quality is often not acceptable. I frequently find the need to "clean the print heads" which is something I didn't have to deal with when I had my HP printer. I will not choose Epson the next time I need to replace my printer.

Nice to be informed with updates on the purchase via internet. A lot of back and forth for a small purchase -
The process is a nice idea.. but too many emails that aren’t clear— I must thank the gal who handled this - on the phone - this Staples is a smaller store in the 80132 area. Not many people working there - so I suppose that is why Staples is using the emails -

Just what I needed
Just what I needed, I have a policy of buying a back up as soon as I change cartridges. Your prices in this system make it really easy for me to have a back up so my printer is never down

Shipping snafus
The product is fine. My less than 5-star rating comes from the fact that it took over a week to get my order. The first shipment was lost so Staples sent another. It took 3 days. Then the first shipment came the next day. Weird.

Cartridge fine....
The cartridge is fine, but the shipping packaging was crazy. I ordered three cartridges. They arrived in two corrugated boxes. The boxes could easily have held dozens of cartridges. I was glad the shipping was free. :-)

I switched to an Epson printer about a year ago and have been very happy with the product. The ink does not smear and is vivid. The printer is sharp and I am not opposed to using this ink and printer for all of my documents, letters, envelopes and labels that I use daily in my business.
