Perfect pictures
I rate Epson Ink far above other printers because the ink mixture is true and bright . The copy quality shows a perfect copy that can satisfy the patron. And the artist.
I would and have recommended this ink
The negative is that the printer will not work if one color runs out and must be replaced if the new cartridge is not at hand printing stops.

I am not really happy with my purchase of the Epson printer from Staples about 1 year ago. The print quality is often not acceptable. I frequently find the need to "clean the print heads" which is something I didn't have to deal with when I had my HP printer. I will not choose Epson the next time I need to replace my printer.

It works, but is over-priced
Print quality is significantly improved after replacing the cartridge. Ink is way too expensive.

Staples order /pickup in store is a good thing.. Usually works fine... this time however I ordered two items and both said "pick up in 1 hr" but one item came the next day -- a minor thing but I would've waited to go to the store until both showed up instead of 2 visits.. People in the store are always helpful and nice, but notice a constant turn over - are you not...

Don’t buy Epson
I had an HP printer for the longest time until it broke during moving. I bought an Epson printer and it doesn’t work anymore. I bought this ink because the printer wouldn’t print without it (even though the other cartridges have ink, including black). I got 2 sheets of paper printed (they came out purple for some reason), and know printer just won’t print anything anymo...

Excellent service and good price
Since my printer is, a little older. It is not always easy to find ink cartridge for it. Not only did I found what I was looking for but it was a really good price also. Since the roads were icy I decided to use their home delivery option. Excellent service, It was at my door the next morning. Highly recommended.
