Rejected attempt to install
I've been ill so I didn't get to installing these 2 ink cartridges but that shouldn't make a difference. Neither will be accepted by my printer. I will take them to the nearest store.

Inaccurate delivery date
The delivery date given was the date they sent it to the post office. Wish I’d known that ahead of time. The package didn’t arrive for several more days and I was counting on the expected delivery date.

Run out too quick
I ended up buying a new printer where it has a huge ink tank instead of these little cartridges which just run out too quick or too expensive

Too expensive
I got sick of paying for these because they’re just too expensive for the amount of ink you get. Bought a new printer with an ink tank and it’s so much better.

QUICK TURNAROUND & FRIENDLY
I did not know that Staples could print a trifold brochure with such a fast turnaround. I sent the completed PDF’s in around 1:00 pm and the folded brochures were ready by 11:00 the next day. Quality? Excellent. D Gilmour

We only needed 2 colors and have many photo blacks but could not buy the individual cartridges in any local store. Extremely disappointed in having to pay such a high price for the pack.

Best Sales Person
Cashier #1221436 was very helpful. He took the time to answer all our questions about printer ink. We were not sure of the differences in ink types. He repleted himself more then twice I know. He never made us feel dumb for not knowing something he was a master of. Understanding and pleasant. 5 Stare Cashier/Salesperson.
